The tool bar is not working properly. When I click on dig it opens the sub-priority. Just out of curiosity I moved my mouse over, to the middle of the screen (where there's no tool bar) and there's the text for dig...when I click there, dig works...
Steps to Reproduce
Open new game with preview patch, attempt to click dig, then find the invisible dig button in the bottom middle of the screen.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
