bug on loading save

when I load a game all of my hydroponic tiles spawn bottles of polluted water...

Sorry, here it is again. Also I tried loading different cycles after, that I knew had polluted water in them, and it does come outside of the piping as polluted water bottles.

Trial 2 with same results but I made sure, that 3 tiles were empty so they wouldn't spawn bottles.
