Black indestructible tile

There is an indestructible dark tile in the seed I am playing and it's impossible to be removed without sandbox/debug mode.

Steps to Reproduce
Just play in the seed 411454804
Go to bugs

put a block on top of it then place any door in front then open the door.

the problem is it hasn't unfogged and still thinks its behind the shadow of war effect. adding the tile and door will let you "discover" that spot
