Big differences in battery charge on the same circuit

Smart batteries behave weird and don't synchronize properly with other batteries on the circuit. Deconstructing and rebuilding them helps, but it seems that they can get out of sync again.

It happens sometimes that smart batteries are over 75% charged while "normal" batteries are nearly empty.

Steps to Reproduce
Connect smart batteries and normal batteries in a circuit and observe how they behave when initially loading and then further loading and unloading.

User Feedback

Make note that batteries and smart batteries both lose charge over time, but not at the same rates.

Large batteries start with 40kJ of capacity, and lose charge at 2kJ/cycle.

Smart batteries start with 20kJ of capacity, and lose charge at 400J/cycle.

If your power sources are equal to or slightly less than your power draw, you will notice that over time large batteries will empty before the smart batteries.
