Base overheat values of all items are wrong.
There is a symbol + and a symbol of Celsius, in Kelvins there is no plus, where the default values can not have a minus.
Base value +398,2 °C
Gold Amalgam +50 °C
Will be 448,2 °C, not 175 °C and it was so, here is the proof:
As you can see in the video, in previus version of the game all was fine and those values was normally seted up because building wasnt overheated, this is closed area, no body can go there and repair those building, so in previous update they normally work in that temperature, but now you set them back as they was in previous game version, so now you can't heat up water to steam to run those steam turbines.
Melting values in steam turbine less than overheat value, with is not possible, how can you run steam turbine if it require 251,9°C to work and it's meltdown on 260°C?
Also you can see my save file, all of those building was created by dublicants and it's not debug mode, fix this values, fix the turbine melting and operational temperatures, because now you set up operational temperature to 251,9 and nothing in the game can create this temperature, only magma, but if you will try to use magma it will melt your steam turbine down, so for now it's not operable at all.
Make game update with normal values in alfa, and then make game release and set values back for all buildings and you will get this delirium.
