In Database > System > Heat > Conduction and Insulation

It is written that the rate the energy transfer is the product of the averaged Conductivity values and Temperature difference.

msgctxt "STRINGS.CODEX.HEAT.PARAGRAPH_4"
msgid "Thermal energy can be transferred between Buildings, Creatures, World tiles, and other world entities through Conduction. Conduction occurs when two things of different Temperatures are touching. The rate the energy transfer is the product of the averaged Conductivity values and Temperature difference. Thermal energy will flow slowly between substances with low conductivity values (insulators), and quickly between substances with high conductivity (conductors).\n\n"

Whereas in Thermal Conductivity's tooltip is...

Between two objects, the rate of heat transfer will be determined by the object with the lowest Thermal Conductivity

I do not know which one is correct though.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Open Database > System > Heat and goto Conduction and Insulation part. 2.Click on any element and goto Properties Tab, hover on the text Thermal Conductivity to see the tooltip
