three consecutive buffers at 200s still don't result in a 600s delay, however the timing changed.
speed: percentage of cycle passed
normal: 75% to 76%
medium: 61% to 62%
fast: 49% to 50%
debug speed: 6% to 7%

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
