Game saved while notifier was active. After load this save - Notifier doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. build Automated Notifier
2. send green signal to the notifier
3. pause & save game
4. reload this save game
5. Notifier don't show notification

This is related to the fact that notifier only displays notification for 30 seconds. When reloading, that 30 second timer must been seen as expired, meaning the notification does not appear in the list.
