auto-sweepers ignore eggs

I noticed auto sweepers ignore eggs even if there is a grill or incubator with in reach.  Also can eggs be listed as a cooking ingredient please so we can use them in conveyor loaders and store them in refrigerators?

Steps to Reproduce
have a sweeper in range or an egg and incubator and/or electric grill. Lock doors so dupes can't pickup eggs
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Side note, it's also a bug that the auto-sweeper can sweep through mesh and airflow tiles. This will also be fixed in the next update.
