AT-242372 Can't reveal area, no security door nearby

I have the same problem with a similar base fragment with a security door in the fragment which did not need a bioscan and was not locked, different seed. I am unable to mine the unknown block under the shadow outside the base walls despite having got into the base and revealed the inside. The shadow appears to follow a different form to the base outline. But both the shadow and base wall outline are identical to the original post, only the furniture is different. It suggests a template and that the template is broken.

The block reticule is displaced to the block below despite the cursor being over the unknown block.
