Astronaut can`t use rocket

Build q3-322093 (game was started on previous preview build)

 

I have skilled astronaut (not one).

but my rocket do not accept anyone with correct skill

Steps to Reproduce
Create a game on previous build (i think).
Go to bugs

Made the same mistake fist.

Scroll right on the skill tree. there is another one you have to select. Then the rocket can be launched.
