Arbor tree using Phosphorite without growing

Thats not only the trees. This is common behavior of all plants. They use fertilizer even if other conditions are preventing them from growing. 

Thats why all the "pro´s" use sensors to prevent further delivering, if there are indicators the plant wont grow.

Therefore i cant tell, if its a bug, bad design choise by the devs, or just intended behavior to make us work harder.

@SharraShimada It used to happen with water too but now i think it doesnt anymore
