A Deodorizer with Missing Foundation status is never deconstructed.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a Deodorizer . Remove its foundation.- It needs to have the missing foudation status. Mark the Deodorizer to be deconstructed. Wait for 776 cycles. Check if the deodorizer has been deconstructed.
