The tooltip that shows when you hover over the "Overheat Temperature" has an incorrect base value for all buildings. See attached screenshot for example.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a building with overheat temp. Look at tool tip

User Feedback

The minimum overheat temperature starts at absolute zero, not 0 Celsius. The Base Value is a relative value from the minimum temperature.

Overheat Temperature = Absolute Zero + Base Value Modifier + Other Modifiers

But... that's how the overheat temperature is calculated. Is there a reason to show a "base value" as tooltip that makes no other sense than a background calculation step of "overheat temperature" value?

At least for me, when seeing a "base value" I would assume it's the overheat temperature of the building without modifiers
(e.g. Smart battery:
Overheat temperature: +125C or +55C
Base value +75C
Copper:+50C or Lead:-20C )

"Base Value" should not be shown as relative to absolute zero (as there is no indication that it is), but instead as the absolute value. Which is 75°C when using °C.

Modifiers that come afterwards can use a + prefix, but the base value IMO shouldn't.

When you set the temperature to Kelvin the overheat temperatures are correct. And they add up as Sakura_sk said.bug_degK.jpg.742dba66307005cf77d71a91c7518675.jpg

When set to Celsius the base value remains the same but the overheat temperature changes.

When set to Fahrenheit all temps change but they also don't add up.
