Algae farm not consuming CO2

Known Issue

The algae farm is really usefull now and makes a good amount of oxygen pr. consumed water unit.

BUT: Allthough it will consume CO2. A few minutes after building it, it stops...

Reloading the game will fix it for a few minutes but nothing more.

Steps to Reproduce
Load game. Wait a few minutes then algae farms stops consuming CO2 even though there is plenty around.

After investigating, it seems that status item is getting lost but it is infact still consuming the CO2. Thanks for reporting this!
