Could you check Controlled Folder Access (or other antivirus/security software ransomware settings) and see if that's interfering with the game?

Try installing vc_redist.x64 from Microsoft.

DllNotFoundException: EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping

look at inside OxygenNotIncluded\OxygenNotIncluded_Data\Plugins\x86_64 folder

and make sure that you have there EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll

if not , you need probaply install game again or check your antivirus Quarantine maybe it added that there

I had this issue too after installing Epic Games: Oxygen Not Included on a fresh windows installation.

Fallback handler could not load library C:/Program Files/Epic Games/OxygenNotIncluded/OxygenNotIncluded_Data/Mono/EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll

Installing `vc_redist.x64.exe` fixed it
