Achievements not show up on steam

Did you enable debug or sandbox mode at any point of your play? If so, achievements are void for steam. 

I also had some achievements not work with Steam (no sandbox mode either).  Oddly, I just started playing on the Linux version and got some that didn't work on Windows, so that might be a workaround if you really want to get them.

My achievements stopped working even on new worlds after using debug in a save I used for testing builds. I just deleted my debug_enable text file and then verify integrity of game files through Steam, started a new save and achievements are working again. I've never used sandbox so I'm not sure if it would work for that too. I'm kind of afraid to try it and then break achievements irreparably.
