Abyssalite makes insulated tiles/pipe rather pointless

Abyssalite is such a good thermal insulator that even normal tiles/pipes made of it are better than insulated pipes made of anything else. Also, the difference between a normal and insulated tile/pipe made of abyssalite doesn't really matter in practice. The cheaper cost of non-insulated tiles/pipes and abyssalite being relatively plentiful means that there's in practice almost no reason to build insulated tiles/pipes.

It should probably be disallowed to build non-insulated objects from materials marked as insulator.

Steps to Reproduce
Compare costs and heat transfer of insulated and non-insulated tiles/pipes made of abyssalite and anything else.
