Abnormal Germ Growth

The abnormal growth happens in the water, terrariums only let it change phase.

It seems to be related to mixing of infected liquids.

I have a similar issue where cleaned water out of a filter has been inflected and the germ count is ever increasing. Going into the 100's of millions. The holding tanks had chlorine in it, but it hasn't seem to stop the germs. 

water distiller removes pollution not germs, need heat treatment for de-germing.

I believe that my issue is the same as this one Germs multiply with falling water

your water filter is putting out germy "clean" water that you are feeding to your terrarium which then puts out germy air
