Creatures can be marked for sweeping.
Steps to Reproduce
have some creatures running around. use the Sweep Tool (K) and select an area on the screen containing creatures. See how they get the sweep tag. Works for me with Hatches and Dreckos.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
