There are two "TIP: Scheduling" in the database with different content.
one for STRINGS.MISC.NOTIFICATIONS.SCHEDULEMESSAGE.MESSAGEBODY, the other one for STRINGS.MISC.NOTIFICATIONS.SCHEDULE.MESSAGEBODY
