1 Error and 1 Bug, New Update.

I just started the game to see what is new and i found 1 error , which i don`t know if it is a bug or not but i will report anyway and 1 bug.

Error: Changing Languages - Unable to get language list from Steam

Bug: When creating a new colony, when you put your mouse above Decor Expectation or Food Quality  - This duplicant requires {0} or higher...., it was supposed to show -2 or 10.

 

Steps to Reproduce
ESC - Change Language and New Colony -> Mouse over Additional
Go to bugs

For the Languages bug, have you gone to the Workshop and downloaded the additional language?

If that would cause that message to be shown, then shouldn't it instruct the player to download it from the workshop instead?

There's nothing telling me to do that, i'll check it and post a feedback
