Auto-scolling map and blocked on the right

I just tested all of the save files. Nothing special happened on each one of them. Did you try restarting the game and/or computer and tested it again? I would recommend checking your keybiddings to see if something with the pan right/left is wrong, restarting the game and computer and testing it again.

I have a slightly broken keyboard that sometimes keeps one button pressed and in my case pressing that button again fixes the problem that time.
