You can start and finish both of Nadan or Oolo's quests on Day 3, getting two grafts and around 400-600 gold.
Steps to Reproduce
Begin Day 3. Click on one of the quests - then decline it. Click on the other quest - then decline it. The "rewards preview" that normally appears for both dialogue options should disappear. Accept either quest. When you leave the area, both quests will pop on the map and can be completed for doubled rewards.
