unreachable metal potato thing

The potato thing apeared in an unreachable place like wtf... i cant progress, is there any way to pick up unreachable objects like lazy forager for shiwrecked? or maybe an explosion of some sort can move it?

created a game, the potato item spawned inside a pond

Go to bugs

At the console you can create one with:

c_spawn"teleportato_sw_potato"  

That will at least get you one you can reach.
