Tarlamps, upon being turned on, will Show a prompt to turn them ON instead of OFF.
Should the lamp be turned on while already being lit, the turn off prompt will appear correctly

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
