Doesn't make sense to have Seaworthy if SkyWorthy can lead to both, it would make more sense to have only Skyworthy if only it can lead to the two DLC's 

Steps to Reproduce
Only create one of the two machines and see the difference Seaworthy and SkyWorthy
Go to bugs

Since Seaworthy will send you to Seaworthy and Skyworthy to Skyworthy so you have two entrypoints into your SW/ROG world, something which you couldn't do with a Skyworthy alone.
