Whenever Frog Rain takes place in RoG, and you are inside an interior, frogs will still rain into the interior and the void area outside the interior.
Same thing happens when a giant spawns and you are inside an interior, they will be off wandering in the void.

Be inside an interior whenever frog rain happens or a giant spawns.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
