item spawning ruins (maybe spoiler)

the item spawn in the mid of ruins and can't be assess (in the wall "black area"). However is can be chiseled "by examine" but blocked by wall as shown in figure. the item is some kind of "gem thing".

I too have found this. I've been able to destroy the Jeweled Truffle with Gunpowder, but can't get close enough to chisel it. It seems to have a spot where the beam of light should shine directly on it, so I believe it's simply a placement bug.

Looks like the UnNamed Relic that I found.

Check the tiny pick in the top left.  Some UFO looking relic that I couldnt do anything with.
