Me and a few others have noticed this odd bug, it has to do with the new merged crafting, as in Volcano, Ancient, and Home-reno being in that one double arrow tab.
ANY modification to the player's inventory will make it flicker and do the ding sound you usually hear when you can craft a new item in standard gameplay.
This occurs when allcraft in enable, crafting without the needed resources.
Equipping/unequipping, picking up stuff, eating, dropping, crafting, all of these cause it to flicker and play the sound, which can be quite irating.
Steps to Reproduce
Enable allcraft, proceed to perform almost any action.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
