The Pugalisk's Hypnotic Freeze beam doesn't actually freeze mobs such as the scorpion, despite being hit head on.
Steps to Reproduce
1. spawn pugalisk, hit it until it's damaged enough to start using the hypnotic beam on you, and make it use the beam on you. 2. spawn a scorpion in the path of the hypnotic beam. Witness that the scorpion is completely unaffected.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
