Infinite Peagawk Plumes

When I picked peagawk feathers, I noticed a cooldown of ten seconds before it grew back. Are you saying that it grows back instantly, or once every ten seconds?

yes, how do you pick it?I bait it with flowers.,when it goes into hiding after I pick one, it has all the feathers again

I've never been able to bait a peagawk, no matter what I put on the ground near it, petals or seeds or vegetables or anything. I just chase them until they get stuck in a corner. They run forever into the corner, and I pick a feather from them. There's a gap in their tail feathers for ten seconds, and then I can see the feather reappear, ready to be picked again. How do you bait them? Do you just put petals on the ground, or do you have to do something else with them?

The range to aggro them to petals is small(4 pitchfork tiles maybe), you have to drop petals nearby them first then scare them out of hiding.
