The nightmares that spawn in the ruins during the nightmare cycle drop nightmare fuel upon despawning rtaher than from being killed.
This was fixed in DST way back in the day.
Steps to Reproduce
Nightmares spawn from the nightmare cycle.
They then drop nightmare fuel when they despawn rather than whey they are killed.
