Pig merchants don't re-stock shelves

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior, but if you buy something from one of the back shelves, it will never be re-stocked. Reporting it as a bug just in case.

Steps to Reproduce

Buy any item from the back shelf of a shop

Currently having this issue in Hamlet on my switch. Food store items in the cases rot, and the mineral exchange has had empty cases for days. The pedestals have all gotten re-stocked just fine so far, but not the cases.
