Mobs that can be traded with will prioritize denying a trade rather than fighting back/running away

When fighting a mob that has the ability to be given objects or traded with is attacked and given an object they deny they will prioritize this action instead of running away/fighting. What this means is mobs can be stunlocked by the player if the player keeps giving them an item they deny trading for, such as in the video below where giving a mant a chitin allows stunlocking of it.

All pigs, bunnymen, elder mandrakes, Mants, beefalo, pogs, prime apes and spiders are affected by this.

 


Steps to Reproduce

1. Attack a mob that can be traded with

2. Give it an item that it does not want that it will deny accepting

3. Notice how it stops moving/attacking after this and can be stunlocked

It is strange. It seems to only affect Hamlet mobs. So It violates the system itself. See if I'm right, KCDA.
