Ice Flingomatic will target withered Elephant Cactus endlessly.
Steps to Reproduce
1. c_spawn("firesuppressor")
2. Try to plant some Elephant Cactus, make them wither.
3. You will find Ice Flingomatic keep throwing snow on Elephant Cactus. (poor Elephant Cactus :<)
