game crash on start of a DS world

when doing only a DS world with no dlcs of any kind (no mods ether), game wont even begin. seems like maxwell trying to spawn breaks it.

Steps to Reproduce

launch DS with no mods>new game (characer and world settings not touched)> select DS> do not include DLC.> start world> once it starts, game crashes before maxwell pops up

Same here, I got a different warning but the steps where the same:

If I take off the beta, the game works fine.
