Carpenter Pigs not despawning

When a city structure is destroyed nearby carpenter pigs will fix it. If there are no pigs close by the game will spawn one.

However that pig will not despawn afterwards, becoming homeless and essentially allowing us to farm pigs through vandalism

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build a city house somewhere

2. Destroy it

3. Wait for a carpenter pig to spawn and fix it

4. Leave and come abck a few days later, to find that the carpenter pig is still there, homeless

Is that why there was a random homeless carpenter pig hanging around in my save? I just figured he lived in a burned-down house and then a new pig moved in when it got rebuilt.
