Wurt gets downsides from kelp?

I do not know if this is a bug itself but i've noticed that Wurt seems to hurt her sanity and health after eating kelp.

Steps to Reproduce

Eat kelp as wurt.

Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I made a post on this on the discussion forums too, just so people would notice. Hopefully Klei can fix this soon.
