Wigfrid's character selection quote missing umlauts

Extremely minor thing, but the in the character selection screen, Wigfrid's quote does not have umlauts:

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

...But as the tradition follows, I have to be annoyingly nitpicky about everything:

The quote does not obey the "Wigfrid's Umlauts" option, so even if it is disabled, the quote will still have umlauts.
