Wet Nightmare Fuel is less efficient at fueling

Nightmare Fuel provides less... fuel to the Magiluminescence/Night Light/Bone Armor/Shadow Thurible if it is wet.

I know fuel items are technically supposed to be less efficient when wet, but Nightmare Fuel is an ethereal, otherworldly substance that use magic rather than thermodynamics to do its job, so I figured it might be an oversight.

Steps to Reproduce

Use wet Nightmare Fuel to "repair" Bone Armor.

This also effects on wet light bulbs. This makes not much sense for me either, but not sure it will be fixed.
