It seems most of Wes' older talk animations are missing the cuff symbols.

Wear a cosmetic with cuff symbols. Talk.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

As I can see, Wes' old mine animations are missing beard symbol, too.
