Wanda layering issue

Wanda's unique clock animations have her skirt symbol go to the far bottom, causing other symbols to appear in front of it.
This causes issues such as Wanda's undies appearing in said animations.

Steps to Reproduce

Be Wanda.
Use age reversal clock. 
Look at... undergarments. If you want to that is.
