Unravel All Duplicates button doesn't see duplicate belongings

After unraveling all my duplicate items the button shows that there's no more duplicate items to unravel. However, when I go to my belongings and view items and structure skins sorted by owned count, there are duplicate skins present:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Own duplicate belongings items
2. Unravel All Duplicates using the button in Item collection page
3. Check the button, it will not show available belongings duplicate skins available to unravel.

This is by design. It will only unravel items that can be weaved from spool and unraveled into spool.
