Unable to Craft Spectral Cure-All in Wilderness Mode

As usual, we are unable to craft Telltale Heart in Wilderness mode.

But this means that Spectral Cure-All cannot be crafted in Wilderness mode.

Is this meant to be?

Steps to Reproduce
Create world in wilderness mode, and use Wendy.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Yup. I was going to report it too, even though I'm not sure if it's just an intentional "feature". To me it seems lika a bit peculiar constraint.
