The update added in new animations for the Ticoon/Catoon for when they get on boats. However they are broken in game.
Steps to Reproduce
Summon Ticoon. Then have him approach/ride on a boat facing the up angle.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
