try checking your antivirus and turn off the protection if possible

later you can turn it on after your server has started

Doesn't help, disabled antivirus and windows brandmauer.

Please attach your Master and Caves server_log.txt. They can be found by clicking on the folder icon in the world selection screen.

Found the problem on my own. Because of the mod with renaming hours vanda server did not start. Now everything works, sorry for the wasted time.
