The tree in terrarium is disappear after rollback. We kill boss at the first time. Then wait 15 days an corrupt tree by fuel. Then I activate terrarium in daytime. Then I picked it into the inventory, cause of hound wave. Then we rollback game (cause my beefalo dead) and the tree in terrarium is disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Corrupt terrarium

2. Activate at morning

3. Pick it up

4. Rollback

5. Tree is disappear

Also occurred in my case.
Public server, no mods.

Night begins, Twins spawn on me (on the night of Deerclops also spawning).
Group dies, we roll back to that morning, before the summoning.
Terrarium is now empty.
