Tallbird Eggs can not hatch on boats.

This is due to the "IsVisualGroundAtPoint" in tallbirdegg.lua in the CheckHatch function returning false on a boat.

also smallbirds can't jump on and off boats, please I wanna take my children sailing with me 888519989571764294.png?v=1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to hatch a tallbird egg on a boat
2. Can't :(

3. please make smallbirds able to hop on and off boats, please please please
