When the seasons transition from Spring to Summer and no rain is happening, the summer color will be very dark as if it were raining and will be stuck this way until a summer rain happens (which will then reset the world to the correct colorcube).
This is noticeable by watching the day state from Summer Day to Summer Dusk and noticing they are both the exact same tone.

Have a world go from Spring to Summer with no rain, notice how the daytime is strangely dark
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
